Groups - ebMS3 Conformance Profiles (ebms3_ConformanceProfiles-2.pdf) uploaded

Updated based on comments from 5/31 meeting.
- modified the 2 last "specialty profiles" to make appear the use case
rationale behind them. First one is now sending/receiving and justified by
the restricted addressing use case.
- also give them more like example status, as opposed to first one. 
- also renamed the profiles (G1-CP...)
- removed most of the references.
- edited a bit the template & terminology section.
