My bad - I'm just forwarding the comments list items to the main list
as I know many people are not on the comment list.  

 

So I think Ian followed the process correctly here - he posted to the
comment list as a non-member - and he was just worried he may have
gotten that in late.

 

Also - the comment lists are full of spam these days - so I'm just
trying to help out - picking up those non-spam items.  
Hopefully OASIS will have the fixed and addressed shortly - I know they
are working on it.

My interpretation on the condition for
acceptance of comments is:

- the 60 days review period is more
like a minimum, not a strict acceptance
deadline (have we announced
a precise duration?)
- on the other hand, the comment channel must
be the public comment list
(not just a forwarding on the TC list) at
least for non members:
"Comments from non-TC Members must be
collected via the TC's archived
public comment facility; comments
submitted through any other means shall
not be
accepted."

Here is posted a consolidated list of comments so
far, including the late
ones (labelled "late")
