Groups - MEP update contribution (ebms3-MessagingModel-newMEP-3.pdf) uploaded

Update of MEP section based on public comments:
- better rationale for ebMS MEPs.
- removed terminology "abstract" and "concrete" MEP over previous update.
Instead, use just ebMS MEP that can be extended by a binding.
- the "Message Types" subsection is renamed "Message terminology" and
clarifies the bundling possibility.
