Sonnenglanz Consulting.
- Several editorial updates.
- new subsection 8.2.4 (Handling of Delivery Failures) that clarifies the
failure notification options, and how these depend on the Ack semantics.
- alignment with new MEP terminology (assuming it is adopted) proposed in
response to other comment.
