Issues from call September 27

Pete,
 
        on todays call those memebers present reviewed the 3 issues that had been raised on the mail list this week, and agreed the following:
 
Issue 77 - Agreed to accept your changes and that the revised text was sufficent to include in the next draft.
P-Modes appendix - Agreed that the proposal was suffivently developed to be included as an Appendix in the next draft of the specification.
Issue 47 - Agreed to accept the proposed changes for inclusion in the next draft.  However, Ric did point out that we may need some extra clarification to guide/warn implementors about what metadat extensions should be put where.
