No call this week Dec. 10/11

Team,

	As we discussed on the last call I am cancelling this weeks call (December 10/11) as Dale and Jacques are unavailable and I may also not be able to join.

	Next call will be December 17/18.  I propose to make this the last call of the year and the following call will be January 7/8 2009.  I assume attendance would be poor on December 24 and 31  particularly those of us in Europe!)
