Question on sending receipts

Hi All

We have a question regarding sending a receipt on a separate connection to a message previously received (callback receipt) - what should be sent back by the MSH receiving this ? 

Our thinking is to simply send an HTTP 200 response.

Perhaps a clarifying statement in the AS4 draft on this would be useful...
