        Here is an update of the AS4 profile.

The minimal Client Conformance Profile now has its own subsection in chapter 2. 

In chapter 6, there are two Conformance Clauses for the Minimal Client:  the Minimal Client conformance clause and the Minimal Sender conformance clause. The Minimal Sender does not support Pull, and therefore never requires WS-Security UserName Tokens, unlike the Minimal Client.

Added SSL/TLS recommendation.

Added some sentences on Minimal Profile to Abstract and Introduction.

Added a sentence in 2.1 to introduce the ebHandler profile.

Removed empty/unused rows in section 5.

In the references section, the reference to XML 1.0 now points to the latest version.

Updated Appendix C to current roster.

Some formatting (style consistency, prefix consistency).
