The ballot to approve AS4 Profile of ebMS 3.0 Version 1.0 as a Candidate OASIS Standard has passed

Members of the ebXML Messaging Services TC,

The Special Majority ballot to approve AS4 Profile of ebMS 3.0 Version
1.0 Committee Specification 03 as a Candidate OASIS Standard has
passed. You can find the ballot results at
https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=2275.

TC Administration will now publish the COS to the OASIS Library and
begin the 60-day public review. TC Admin JIRA ticket
https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-1026 has been
started to manage this work.

We'll let you know when the COS is ready. Please let us know if you
have any questions and congratulations on reaching this milestone.
