Section 2.1.3.4 indicates that support is required for
PMode[1].ErrorHandling.Report.DeliveryFailuresNotifyProducer

However, these errors appear to only relate to Reliability. Ie. bullet point 'PMode[1].ErrorHandling.Report.DeliveryFailuresNotifyProducer' of section D.3.4 of the core spec states the following

This assumes that Reliability.AtLeastOnce.Contract is "true". 

And Section 2.1.3.5 of the AS4 Profile states that support is not required for  PMode[1].Reliability
