FACE 2 FACE MEETING

For US TC members it would be most convenient to have the F2F meeting in the US. Cisco can facilitate the meeting. TC member all agree on accepting the offer from Cisco to have the meeting at their location.

Main priority for the meeting would be to solve the issues raised to the TC. Pim also likes to discuss some other topics related to ebMS like CPP/A, WebSocket binding, certificate exchange. Most are related to ebMS, but some of these topics are outside scope of the messaging TC and more related to the ebCore TC. Theo also mentions there was a request to develop an AS4 logo.  Makesh will sent out a list of topics to discuss in the F2F meeting.

TC members agree to have a meeting of three days with two days for issues, and the third also for other topics including ones that might be outside the scope of the messaging TC.

To have enough time for arranging the meeting the timeframe is agreed for the end of March - beginning of April. Makesh will sent out a Doodle to see which dates have the preference of TC members. Pim will forward to members of the ebCore TC as part of the meeting will involve topics in scope of that TC.

ISSUES 

Sander proposes to create a Committee Note which summarizes the results of the issues related to P-Mode but are not real requirements but more recommendations and best practices. TC members agree this might be useful and can be the result of the F2F meeting. It is agreed to prepare for a discussion of the related issues (48, 65 and 68) at the F2F meeting.

TC agrees to have the next meeting on February 11th, 20:00 UTC (12:00 PST, 21:00 CET).
