Hi,

    

    For signing AS4 messages,   I am looking for information on support
    in AS4 products for the
    
    Elliptic
      Curve DSA (ECDSA) signature algorithm.  

      ECDSA has been added as a third signature algorithm family to XML
      Signature 1.1 in April 2013.  I'm told it is supported in recent
      versions Web Services
        Security toolkit and should therefore be quite easy to
      support in AS4 products using those toolkits, but has to my
        knowledge not been tested for interoperability with
      AS4.   

      

        Background:   this question came up in discussion in a new AS4
        project.   All their other algorithm preferences are the same as
        in ENTSOG/eSENS usage profiles,  which have been tested
        successfully,  so this is the only open question.
