London eGov TC meetings

Please send me a notice if you plan to attend the  eGOV TC meetings in London scheduled for May 5-8th in person.
Specifically i need to know how many of you will be attending in person so a final determination can be made about space.

The tentative meeting schedule is as follows:
Mon 5th May pm  Best Practice SC
Tues 6th pm Interop Services SC
Wed 7th pm  Services SC
Thurs 8th 14.00-1800  TC

I will not be able to attend these meetings in person. So i would also appreciate knowing if one of you who will be attending would like to assume the chair role.  i will be participating in the discussion via telephone.   a quick response to these inquiries would be appreciated thanks diane
