2. Review Subcommittee Charter/list of deliverables
3. Each attendee gives a 3 minutes report on their findings on Government Service Sectors:  Health and Law Enforcement
  using the following template as a guide: 
identify Service, Service interaction(s); subjects; locations; identifiers, evidence, outcome rules governing delivery of government services.
4. Spend 45 minutes: developing a strawman template for each deliverable given the committee member findings to date for two government services.
5. meeting summary/wrap -up  What is next?  planned conference calls for every two weeks?
