Michael,

Great job!  One question though.  You describe both a "vote token" and a 
"ballot token".  Perhaps I missed it, but the difference between how you 
define these two terms is unclear.  Could you compare and contrast your use 
of the two terms to clarify them a bit?  Thanks.
