I am forwarding a copy of an email form Peggy Sims of the FEC concerning the availability of the FEC Voter Spec in Word format.

In response to a number of requests, the FEC now provides access to a Word

version of each section of the draft standards at

http://www.fec.gov/pages/vss/062801vss.html .  We hope that this addition will

make it easier for you to download and comment on the draft.  The published

Federal Register notice, containing the comment deadline and instructions for

submitting comments, is available at this location as well.
