[election-services] ELECTION & VOTER SERVICES COMMITTEE - EML DOCUMENTS

Dear All

The final drafts of our e-Voting Process document and supporting XML schemas
have now been posted on the TC website for public consultation, see
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/election/#top.   We are asking for
comments back by 22nd April so that we can consider them at our meeting on
26th April and then have a formal committee vote thereafter to adopt both as
a Committee Specification.  Can I ask that you bring this consultation
request to the attention of as many of your stakeholders and customers as
possible, and also include a pointer on your websites to the TC website.
Obviously the more input we can get into the drafting of the documents at
this stage the better it will stand us in the longer term.

We will forward details of the next committee meeting in due course.
