OASIS EML response to US GAO questions

The GAO has asked us for input into their review of US election practices
and how EML can improve this.

See their attached questions and draft of answers so far.

Please read and come prepared to provide input on tomorrows call.

This is an urgent task - as the GAO itself is working to a tight timeline
here.

We will obviously refine this and use the last here to build out and
complete this.
