On-line voting services

While surfing for something else - I came across 
this company.

 

Does anyone have any experience with them, and 
could they

be asked to look at using EML formats with part of 
their 

processing?

 

Would seem like as a minimum the EML 510 / 520 
would be 

good - with a 
stylesheet - to allow multilingual results
