First release of OpenScan software for EML 4.0

Team,

 

We just posted the new OpenScan source code and samples based on
elections for New York State and EML 4.0 to the http://emlvoting.org site.

The software is designed to run under Apache and Tomcat and WAR file
is provided including build and source.

 

The next release will include support for validation for under and
over voting from the paper scanner.

 

The samples also includes PPT slides that detail the approach and use
of EML XML.   We will post more detailed installation and
setup guide as that is available.
