It would be interesting to know how they will control
the uploads; if there is a way that they secure the incoming information with
public keys so that the provider is guaranteed to be the reporting government
agency this might be an opportunity for us to show how it can / should be
used. That would help with the folks that don't see how it can work in the
US.
I actually like the prospect of its use on the results
reporting side.
