When I've finished working on the V6 release then this is the next item to be socialized.  I have an initial system done that I wrote quickly for an African election - next up - implementation port for a significant US election...

Well, I'd consider any method that simplifies our hopelessly

complicated elections system in the US as a great piece of an extended

research grant.  I'd love to know more about all this stuff, and would

hope that it shows up on this list.  If not, please point me to where

I can keep track of how this all develops.
