Groups - EML v6 technical documents draft August 6, 2009 (EML-v6-draft-08062009.zip) uploaded

We are getting close to having this ready.  The new features and the V6
wish list items are completed.

Next step is to complete the formal V6 specification documentation and then
proceed to committee review.

This contains the latest draft XSD Schemas for EML v6 and also including
the templates and dictionary files (Excel spreadsheets) for the entire EML
with EML core.
