EML TC CHARTER REVISION

Our TC Charter has not been revised since the inception of the TC 8 years ago.  In an attempt to bring it up to date to reflect our current activates and focus, attached is a draft for your consideration. 
 I'd like to discuss this on our call on Thursday if time permits.  It will need a formal TC vote to approve any changes.
