ESS acquires Premier

Hi, Peter Z. was not kidding when he said his company had a big
announcement today!  ES&S has apparently acquired Premier Election
Solutions, Inc.  That's a pretty big move for the US voting systems
market.  I haven't seen anything public on it yet (my source is an
election official).
