Need Fill-in Chair Today

Hi Everyone,

In order to finish the first draft of the EDXL-SituationReporting 
Specification for today's EM-Msg SC Meeting, I need to keep working. so 
I need someone to stand in for me as chair. Sorry, I will change the PIN 
now, but I probably wont' be on the call.

I've put in in excess of 45 hours in the last three days and this 
morning, so I am determine to get this off my plate.
