Hi Everyone,

I hope some of you can attend today's regularly scheduled Meeting at noon
Eastern Time. Rex is proposing a new work project, developing a playbook for
the steps and stages for how to respond to respond to an emergency incident.
This could be an exciting new project to help aid the adoption of the the
EDXL suite of standard specfications.
