        EMA TC Members,

This is the final report from the Emergency Alerting Policy Workshop in Montreal last month.  Please note the set of suggested follow-up activities for OASIS and specifically for the EMA TC.  These are suggestions and it will be up to the EMA TC members to decide which actions to implement.

A special thanks to all of the people who worked on the organizing committee, made presentations and provided demonstrations.
