I agree to both changes to meeting times for E&D SC and for EMA
TC calls.
Regarding topics for next EMA TC call; I would suggested adding:
Review of the Emergency Alerting Policy Workshop final Report
and discussion on the proposed Action Items for the EMA TC.

There are several items that came from that workshop which could
help shine direction on activities for the EMA TC.
