IPAWS eventCode note

Hi,
	I had made note of a concern in the eventCode language but forgotten about it until now, sorry if this is a little late to bring it up.  Are multiple SAME codes acceptable in an alert?  If multiple codes are allowed, is there a defined conflict resolution method and if so, it should be added to the note in the table.  If only a single SAME code is allowed, the language in the table should make this very clear.  ie. (1) "Messages are REQUIRED to include a single instance ONLY of a valueName of "SAME" and using a SAME standard three-letter code for value."
