Feedback Spreadsheet Uploaded

Hi Folks,

I just uploaded a spreadsheet that compiles the comments we have
received. It is based on the two tables we have in the spec and that
we used for gathering comments.

Table 1 is complete, but Table 2 is only complete wrt the IPAWS
column at this point. I will attempt to finish it before meeting
time, but it will be close. So I wanted to give you something to
review before the meeting, rather than spending time getting
acquainted with it during the meeting.
