mimeType encoding

Hi,
	Art's wording changes for the comment response to mimeType are fine with me.  The profile normative section would also need to be updated to reflect the changes as well.  Either a short blurb like I've included below, or maybe something for each type individually..

The MIME types "audio/x-ipaws-audio", "audio/x-ipaws-streaming-audio", "video/x-ipaws-video" and "video/x-ipaws-streaming-video" SHALL be used to identify broadcast content for delivery to the public.
