Hi Sukumar,

Tomorrow is a TC Meeting day, so we may have only a half-hour,
depending on whether the Infrastructure SC is meeting and I doubt we
can resolve all the issues. We could only do that if we decide not to
include a schema, which I suspect we can do, given that CAP v1.2 is
in the middle of its 60-Day Public Review and we would be dependent
on its schema regardless. However that doesn't answer some of the
other questions from 5 issues I felt it was necessary to leave open.

If we can do it, hurrah! I just wouldn't count on it.
