Groups - CAP-AU Section 1.doc uploaded

As we are trying to meet a challenging schedule with the CAP-AU, I spent some time working on the 1.0 Introduction Section.  The attached file is a first stab at that section.  There are a few questions, comments we should  get resolved before putting into the WD.  Please address the list with any comments as soon as possibe.  Thanks,
