Option 2) Rule Set - As used in this document refers to a collection of rules that impose usage requirements beyond those required by the CAP-v1.2 Specification, while remaining conformant to it.

A simple change suggestion:  As used in this document refers to a collection of rules which are applied to the use of the CAP-v1.2 Specification, and which impose usage requirements that are beyond those of the Reference Standard, while remaining conformant to it.  Werner
