Here is version 9.0 of the Roadmap which has been updated following discussions at CAP Profiles SC meeting of Oct 19th.  This closes action item 1019-05.

 Changes to be noted are:
 1) A timeline has been added on the last page - Colors are used on the timeline to denote SC tasks (Green), EM-TC tasks (Red), Australian tasks (Yellow)
 2) Steps 10 & 12 are moved earlier in the schedule to resolve a schedule risk impacting the Australian CAP Project (this means they appear to be out of order but I wanted to maintain the same numbering as previous versions)
 3) Step 13 has been removed as no longer required

 Please review and provide comments as you see fit.
