Version 8.0 of the  Roadmap to develop the CAP-AU document  is now released following discussions at the CAP Profiles SC meeting held on Oct 5, 2011.

 First goal for the SC is to complete development of the CAP-AU Profile CSD within 6 weeks and obtain EM-TC Approval for a Public Review Draft by Nov 29, 2011 (i.e. complete Step 6 and enable OASIS to release Deliverable #1 to Australia)

 Second goal is to complete the conduct of a public review period by mid-January 2012 so that the Profiles SC can then recommend a final Committee Specification product to Australia to facilitate completion of Step 9 (this is OASIS Deliverable #2).

 The CAP-AU CS product will then be used in Australia to conduct some verification testing (Step 10).  The results of the testing activity will be passed to the Profiles SC so any necessary changes can be made to the CS product (Step 13) prior to the SC recommending the CS to the EM-TC for final approval in Step 14, which enables OASIS to release Deliverable #3.

 POTENTIAL RISKS are:
 1) Can the public review period be completed before the Christmas season or must it be extended into the new year?

 2) Will the test resoruces be available in Australia at the required time in February 2012 to meet schedule?
