Comments on meeting notes

Hi, 	I haven't been able to attend any of the CAP Profiles meetings but have been keeping up to date with the excellent meeting notes that Gary is posting, great work! 	I see in the latest meeting notes that Norm passed along my concerns about expires and the problems that have already been encountered here in Canada.  I also wanted to note the change in the value for a profile identifier from "profile:" to "Profile:".  I'd suggest the profile spec make special note that profile identifiers are case in-sensitive.  Following the idea of a pseudo URN scheme, just like URNs, lexical equivalence should be maintained through case normalization.  I've run into this numerous times where someone mixes up their upper/lower case (fat fingers, auto-correct, etc) and its just good practice to try and avoid a pitfall like this.
