Propose cancelling 12-23-13 meeting

Since the next scheduled CAP SC meeting falls on a holiday for many (12-23-13), I propose cancelling the meeting so that our next meeting is 1-6-14.

If I don't receive any objections today, I will cancel the 12-23-13 meeting on the CAP SC calendar.
