Meeting

Hi,
	I won't be able to attend the meeting today.  Can someone act as chair and secretary?  On the agenda would be resolving issues 4, 2, and 1 if there is a quorum, and if Steve is present, discussing the survey and tools based on the feedback Elysa received from OASIS admin.
