RE: [emergency-cap] Late to meeting

Hi everyone, 

Sorry for missing today. I had a doctor's appointment that conflicted with this and his schedule didn't have the flexibility to adjust. In a quick scan of today's notes, I didn't see any reference to the next meeting date. I have another medical appointment on the 27th (we usually meet every 2 weeks), but I might be able to move the time if that's when we're meeting. 

Sorry for all the hassles. I just broke my ankle over the holiday and needed surgery, so lots of doctor's appointments and such...
