CAP SC meeting

The agenda for the CAP SC meeting today is ASN.1 and how to resolve the OASIS and ITU alignment concerns.  However I've been snowed in and haven't been able to arrange care so I can call into the meeting.  If the group wants to proceed can someone else chair, otherwise we could postpone until next Friday instead.
