CAP events committee note

Sorry for any confusion regarding a CAP SC meeting on Friday.  It wasn't on the schedule and didn't come up in the notes from previous meetings.  I've updated the schedule in Kavi to have us meeting every Friday this month.

In terms of remaining work for the committee note, I'd like to pull together a ToDo/Checklist.  Can each of you let me know via email what's left to work on and I'll pull one together?  Thanks.
