Last minute changes Re: [emergency-cap] Groups - etl-v1.0-cn01-wd03.docx uploaded
Hi All,
There was a
previously missed item that I couldn't find: Line 252. I noted
the changes I found immediate ly below my signature. I had to
search around the line numbers since they change between
versions.
I think we (Norm) need to come up with a
solution for
Section
3.4 – Spectrum = Infectious Disease / Action… seems
like it should be retitled if we voted down
Infectious Disease. we can also use
"disease", "disease outbreak" and "contagious disease". I
vote for "contagious disease".
I want to upload this
asap, so if I don't hear back on this in an hour or so,
I'll upload with the note that we have a couple of
changes we need to decide on.
Please get back to me
soon since we're going for a ballot over the weekend. We
can still change to Monday if we absolutely must
.

I
hope it's not endless, but...
Please
send them over tonight. It's unlikely I'll get to them since
I've turned into a bit more of a sundowner in the last few
years, and I'd rather not do these last changes tonight.
However, if I have an idea of how many changes other than a
revised Acknowledgements, I can adjust my schedule to
accommodate this.
I've
always been a morning person and my performance is better in
those hours... So I'd rather be safe than sorry.
We
may want to have a special SC meeting to get its approval of
these changes so that we have it properly minuted. I would
not be in favor of a "with pending changes" tacked onto the
approval tomorrow.
A
special meeting could be Monday anytime for me or Tuesday
before the TC meeting.

This is a new Working Draft wd03. I've done my best, but we
know there's always something a mere human will miss. Let's
gather up any edits, changes and corrections so that with
the addition of revised Acknowledgements, I can put together
one more improved working draft for approval. It would be
good if we could come close to wrapping up those last
changes Friday 8 October 2021 for approval at next Tuesday's
EMTC Meeting 12 October 2021 for the CAP Workshop and IAEM.
