CAP-SC meeting tomorrow

Hi everyone, just catching up on email and I noted Rex's concern here:

> We may want to have a special SC meeting to get its approval of these 
changes so that we have it properly minuted. I would not be in favor of 
a "with pending changes" tacked onto the approval tomorrow.

Should we consider tomorrow to be a working meeting to try and resolve any further editorial work, and then schedule a second meeting to vote on advancement?  Or do we want to hold a short duration electronic ballot over the weekend maybe?
