5th/19th work better than 12th/26th as 12th/26th are affected by holidays in Can/US.

Since last week's meeting was pushed back to accommodate schedules, there is also a meeting scheduled for this week too.  Should we adjust the schedule to be two weeks from last Friday, or keep to this week's schedule meet?
