This seemed like a priority, so I did it now. It was simpler to submit my suggested edits by tracked changes (with my initials appended to the filename) than trying to give a clear location of the suggested changes.
  This is by no means a presumption of editorial responsibility. I happily leave that to you and Mark. These are just suggestions.
