Suggested topics for IAEM wireless alerting day.

See below a suggestion for IAEM meeting one day workshop on wireless alerting.  If we don t have all day then we can compound sessions 2 and 3 together.
Session 1  What is wireless alerting and why do I want it? (Tom).  Session 2 How wireless networks are designed and how wireless alerting really works. (Mark).  Session 3 Hints and tips for getting the best from WEA (ATIS document review).  (Maybe Mike to present as he is an ATIS member familiar with the issues?).  Session 4 Review of the OASIS MAP draft and subsequent questions and discussions. (Mark).
