Here is the draft outline so far.
1. CAP for Mobile Alerting (5 minutes long, no questions) 2. Introduction to Cell Broadcast (30 minutes long, 10 minutes for questions) 3. The MAP committee note (20 minutes long, 5 minutes for questions) 4. Effective geographic targeting (30 minutes long and 10 minutes for questions) - Leveraging advancements in geographic targeting of wireless alerts enabled by CAP to effectively warn the public 5. Closing thoughts and questions (5 minutes)
