        Description

        Here is the beginning of a sample file that covers a couple of generic

hospitals with some services and their status.

Creating this file using the 0.6 schema caused me to realize that the use

of a Sequence for the  sub-elements wasn't a good idea.

Still an early example, but the concepts seem to be coming together.
